Four panelists who serve young adults shared insights on engaging millennials and post-millennials at a forum at the Basilica of St. Mary in Minneapolis recently. One panelist, John Vitek, president and CEO of Saint Mary’s Press, used the example of The Dinner Party—a gathering of young adults who have experienced painful loss—to illustrate a current expression of the search for connection and meaning among young adults. “I really appreciated hearing so many different perspectives,” said Natalie Nation, a senior at St. Catherine University in St. Paul who attended the forum.
